Benjamin Funeral Service - Richard Nelson Dronberger passed from this life August 30, 2014, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born July 2, 1933, in Perry Oklahoma to Dickson and Jennie Dronberger. He attended Childers and Delaware Schools. He joined the United States Army and served his Country during the Korean War. Richard married Barbara Jean Mosley and they made their home in the Nowata area where they lived until her death in 2007. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors and working on anything mechanical. He also enjoyed doing wood work and fixing anything that needed work. He was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him. Preceding Mr. Dronberger in death are his parents, Dickson and Jennie Dronberger, and two sisters, Josie Akers and Dorothy Tatum. Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Dronberger of Nowata, granddaughter, Heather Gering and husband Phillip Ardrey, of Bartlesville, grandchildren, Haley (Sunshine) Dronberger, Cody Wyatt Gering, Zoe Gering, Mackenzie Paige Gering, Piper Miller, many other relatives and a host of friends.
