Ricky was born in Vinita on July 25, 1962 to Billy and Reba (Bartee) Morrow. He was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and boating. Survivors include his mother and step-father Reba and Charles Fulton of Vinita, children: Tamara Morrow of Tulsa and Chavis Morrow of Vinita, siblings: Shirley Harlan and husband John of Tulsa, and Rhonda Heller and husband Kirt of Owasso, granddaughter Lilly Mae Morrow, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Billy Morrow. Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Chapel with Pastor Justin Turner officiating.
