Robert was born January 4, 1974 in Livermore California to Robert Eugene Hays Sr. and Lynn (Ballard) Bushey. Robert was a tower builder by trade erecting towers in many locations. He had been previously employed by allied tower company and Lauchners. Survivors inclued his wife Cindy Hays of the home, mother Lynn Bushey of kansas City Missouri. One sister Michelle Anderson San Diego Ca., a niece Gabriella Anderson of Kansas City Mo., numerous cousins and friends. Family committal services will be Saturday January 30, 2016, 2:00 PM Pheasant Hill Cemetery. Services entrust to Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita
