Robert Higgins, 29 year old Cleora, Oklahoma resident passed away Saturday December 24, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma Robert was born on January 9, 1982 in Jay, Oklahoma to Glenn Higgins and Donna Renee Boily. Robert worked construction on water towers for USA Tanks. He was an avid fisher who also enjoyed cooking (especially biscuits and gravy). Robert loved to be around friends and family was as always fun loving. Robert is survived by his parents Glenn Higgins of Jay, Oklahoma, Donna Renee Boily of Clarksville, Tennessee, children Marcus Higgins, Caleb Higgins, and Kayetlynn Higgins, all of Cleora, Oklahoma, brothers Tim Higgins of Palmyra, Tennessee, Miles Benjamin Harris, of Eucha, Oklahoma, and Bronson Levi Higgins of Eucha, Oklahoma, and a sister, Christina Boily of Clarksville Tennessee. Memorial Services for Robert will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday December 30, 2011 at the Worley-Luginbuel funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma.
