Roland Allen

Afton, Oklahoma Roland O. "Bud" Allen Roland O. "Bud" Allen of Afton, OK. died Monday May 8, 2006 at his home in Tulsa, Ok. He was 68. Bud was born September 20, 1930 at Bell California. to Oliver and Zola (Holt) Allen. He married Wilma Barnes on January 21, 1983. For thirty-six years, Bud earned his living caring for property owned by Citi Service / Oxy Petroleum. Prior to working for Citi Service / Oxy Petroleum, he served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife of thirty -- six years, Wilma Allen of the home. There are two children; Susie Stahl and her husband Richard of Bartlesville, OK. and Roland Ray Allen of Liberty, Texas. There are two step children; Mary Talaga of Pryor, Oklahoma and Raymond Swift of Bernice, Oklahoma. Bud has three sisters and two brothers; Norma Calloway, Lois Parker and her husband George, Ann Alverado and her husband Pablo, all of Bartlesville, OK; Jody Allen and his wife Margaret of Vinita, OK., and Don Allen and his wife Patty of Independence, Kansas. He also has four grandchildren and three great grandsons. Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday May 12, 2006 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove with Pastor Wayne Shaw officiating. Interment will follow at the Six Killer Cemetery in Afton. Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Ok.
