Rose Marie Hagerty, 55, and a resident of Bartlesville, passed away at her home Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Rose Marie Dye was born June 23, 1964 in Santa Barbara, California to the Rev. William Lee “Billy” Dye and Lilia (Ortiz) Dye. The Dye family moved to Arizona and shortly thereafter moved to Bartlesville where Rose attended Central Middle School and College High School. She attended classes for and received her CNA certification and began a career in geriatrics care. Rose married Kenny Viles, and though the couple later divorced, remained lifelong friends. She met Mark Hagerty on Memorial Day in 2011 and the couple were wed on August 11, 2018.
Rose is survived by her husband, Mark Hagerty; her mother, Lilia Carley and her husband, Jesse of Bartlesville; two sons, Daniel Neal of Arkansas and Mark Neal of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; one daughter, Laura Harms of North Kansas City, Kansas; one granddaughter, Lilian Harm; six brothers and four sisters; as well as other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Lee Dye.
