Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, (918) 256 - 5555 - Ruby L. Hilburn, 75 year old Vinita resident, passed away, Friday, May 8, 2015 in Vinita. Ruby Hilburn born to Melvin and Margaret Timms on 8/25/1939 in Pryor, Ok. Ruby was born the second oldest to Terry Wayne Timms also known as John. Later on John and Ruby were accompanied by Leonard Timms, Helen Timms, Glen Timms, and GloriaJean Timms. Ruby graduated high school in Pryor, Ok. Later on meeting the love of her life Robert Hugley "Bob" which then moved to California and started their family. Ruby gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Ann Hugley, Feburary 1st, 1964 and then two years later gave birth to a handsome baby boy, Robert Scott Hugley, April 6th, 1966. A few years later the family made Vinita, Ok their permanent home were the Hugley's continued to raise Charlotte and Scott. Both kids married and gave Ruby three loving grandaughter's Meghan, the oldest, Madysun, and Chellsey, the youngest. Ruby had several achievements in life, one being a CMA. Her career of 25+ years, that she loved so much was working with mentally challenged adults at the Home of Hope in Vinita. She touched many lives and made great long term friendships. Ruby went to meet her son, Scott, and her first love, Bob, on Friday, May 8th, 2015. She is greatly missed but would want everyone to know that she is pain free and loved everyone that was in her life very much. Celebration of Life services will be 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Barrett officiating.
