Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma, 918-253-3222.. Sammie Lee Budder, age 72, Salina, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at Saint Anthony Medical Center, Oklahoma City.
He was born January 16, 1947 in Claremore, OK, to the late Ned Budder and Nellie Scott Budder.
He worked as a shuttle driver for the Cherokee Nation and a security officer for the Kenwood School District.
Sammie married Ina Mae Ballou on February 14, 2017 in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home.
Additional survivors include four sons, Ryan Budder, Ed Proctor and wife, Sheila, Gerald Proctor and wife, Lisa, all of Kenwood, Ok, and Adam Proctor and wife, Audrey, Jay, OK; one daughter, Sheryl Dry and husband, Curtis, Kenwood; sixteen grandchildren, Garrett Proctor, Chelsea Factor and husband, Joe, Damon Gourd, Courtney Buckner and husband, Joel, Braylynn Proctor, Macie Proctor, Brett Proctor, Brayden Proctor, Tyren Factor, Titus Factor, Jazlyn Factor, Caliegh Smith, Rylee Smith, Lillye Smith, Joshua Talley, Cheyenne Bates, and Jacob Talley, his brother Lowe Budder of Kenwood and sister Agnus Budder of Oaks.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Euwasha Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Euwasha Cemetery, Kenwood. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Worley - Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.
