Samuel Mark Legrand, 35 year old Colcord, Oklahoma resident passed away, Monday, June 9th, 2014. Samuel was born on November 26, 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to John Stanley Legrand and Ellen (Barnes) Whitaker. Samuel worked as a construction worker most of his life. He was an avid fisherman and loved life. a memorial service for Samuel will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday June 20, 2014 at the family's home in Baxter Springs, Kansas. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma.
