Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555. Shirley "Shirl" Marie Sanders - What a beautiful woman and caring sole. Shirl died on January 28th , 2016 at the age of 76. She was a loving mother of two boys, Timothy John Lovett and Thomas Joseph Lovett. Not only did she have two sons, but also was the mother for so many in the Vinita community who she befriended, took care of and loved. Shirl loved the outdoors; the Illinois River was her favorite playground for fishing and taking care of her adopted extended family. Shirl had two grandchildren Liara Marie Lovett and Cara Grace Lovett. Two brothers William and Denny Bertelli survive her. Her longtime friend Brenda Lauchner will also miss her along with countless other lives she touched. Shirl was a long time employee of Eastern State Hospital where she helped so many people and worked along side her late husband. Shirl will be deeply missed by her family, friends and her community.
