Shirley Ann (O'dell) Baker, age 66, died Sunday, November 21, 2010. Shirley was born in Vinita on February 8, 1944. Survivors include her children Rodger Lay and wife Kimberly of Tulsa, Stephanie Wisener and husband Eric of Hot Springs, AR, seven grandchildren: Sidney Nichole Petty, Jennifer Ann Potter, Kelsey Diane Lay, Courtney Marie Grubbs, Destiny Dawn Wisener, Chelsea Wisener, Brice Wisener, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and one sister. Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel with Pastor Matthew Brown officiating. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
