Stanley Jim Ward

Stanley Jim Ward, 69, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away at his home on June 17, 2023.

Stanley was born November 23, 1953, at Ramona, Oklahoma to Cleophus “Bunt” Ward and Helen (Holly) Ward.  He grew up in Ramona and was a graduate of Ramona High School.  Stan married the love of his life, Deborah L. Sanders on May 24, 1974, in Bartlesville.  Stan worked for Reda Pump, where he had various titles over the years.  He left Reda after 30 years as their IT Manager and continued IT work at various companies, most recently working as a contractor.

Stanley was a 49-year resident of Bartlesville and was known as an adventurous soul.  He enjoyed motorcycles and boating and coaching little league baseball.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie of the home; two sons, Brandon Ward of Bartlesville and Aaron Ward of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; one brother, Gary Ward of Stillwater, Oklahoma; two sisters, Dorothy Fanning of Ramona and Marjorie Ward of Branson, Missouri and one grandson, Denzel Ward of Wauseka, Minnesota. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Don Ward. 

Funeral services will be held 11am, Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home with Pastor William Shupe officiating.  Interment will be in Ramona Cemetery, under the direction of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-8pm.  To send an online condolence, visit www.honoringmemoriesbartlesville.com.
