Stephen Laws

Stephen Albert Laws, 66, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed from this world on January 3, 2022.  Stephen was born on January 31, 1955 in Fulton, New York to Albert Charles Laws and Luella Mildred (Phelps) Laws.

A long-time employee of Leinbock Company and retired four years prior to his passing.  He loved hunting and fishing. He was an all-around outdoors man. He loved life to the fullest.  His favorite saying was “I’m not lazy, I just like doing nothing.” Which was not true at all.  He was always there if you needed a hand, a ride, or a shoulder to cry on. You could count on Stephen for almost anything.  He could fix it, build it, or tear it down.  He was one of the good guys.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mildred Laws, 3 brothers; Kevin Sanders, Dwayne Palmer, Chester Callen, and 1 sister; Beth Sanders.

He is survived by his father; Albert C. Laws, stepmother; Karlene Laws, daughter; Ashley, 3 sisters; Deborah Williams, Mindy Lectner, and Renee Cloud, 5 brothers; William Sanders, A. Charles Laws, Timothy Laws, Jeffery Laws, Richard Laws, and a many nieces, nephews, and friends that he dearly loved.
