Steven Watts

Steven Richard Watts, age 47, went to meet our Heavenly Father on Monday August 16, 2010 at 4:45 PM at the home he remodeled and loved. Steve was born September 26, 1962 to Gerald R. and Brenda M. Watts in Burdrop Park, Swindon Wiltshire, England. He married the love of his life, Pamela (Kennedy) Watts on July 17, 1993. They renewed their vows on their 17th anniversary this year. Steve was the owner of Steve's Custom Cabinets for 8 years as woodworking was his passion. He also worked with Dusty Threet DBA Dusty's Construction Co. for many years. He and Jim Stanbrough started Splitlog Cabinets in 1990. Survivors include his wife, Pam; three daughters, Cassi Graham, Chelsea Handle and husband Ryan, and Brittany Cabral; mother, Brenda Watts; two brothers, John Watts and Mike Watts; one sister, Mary Cawlfield and husband Rowdy; in-laws, Robert and Sheila Kennedy and Joyce Kennedy. He was blessed with a grandson, Gavin and granddaughter Lexi Handle; nieces and nephews, Cole and Kaci Cawlfield, Brianna Porter, and Jenny and Emily Watts and a host of in-laws, nieces and nephews in the Kennedy family who truly loved him as well. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Watts, paternal grandparents, Gerald Watts Sr. and Grace Watts; maternal grandparents Charles and Margaret Carter; one brother, Paul Watts; a nephew Christopher Cawlfield. Steve was loved by so many people and dearly missed by all. A Memorial Service celebrating Steve's life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday August 21, 2010 at the Bible Baptist Church in Grove.
