Terry Murray

Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555.............. Terry L. Murray, 55 year old Big Cabin resident, passed away August 7, 2015. Terry was born in Sacramento, CA on January 16, 1960 to Paul and Mary (Denton) Murray. He has resided in Big Cabin for the past 22 years. In 2006 he was preceded in death by his wife Lynn Murray. He continued to raise his two children Autumn and Kanyon Murray along with his nephews Eddy and Micky Murray and that is what helped pushed him through. Terry was a good, hard working man and in a rare moment when Terry was not working he enjoyed a couple of his favorite hobbies which included riding his Harley or working on classic cars. His proudest moments however, was when he became a grandfather. His grandchildren McKenzie, Haylee, and Terra, along with their cousins Sierra, Jasmine and Mickyla, became the light in his eyes! He was a great father, grandfather, and friend and will be missed dearly. Survivors include his mother Mary Murray of California, children Autumn Murray and Kanyon Murray of Big Cabin, brothers Ricky Murray and Don Murray of California, longtime family friend Diane Cooper of Vinita, grandchildren McKenzie, Haylee, and Terra, as well as his nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Adair cemetery. A lunch will be provided afterwards at the Adair community building.
