Thomas Earl Lewis, 54, passed away Monday, January 18, 2010 in Nowata, OK. He was born on May 2, 1955 in Nowata to Carl and Beverly (Lilburn) Lewis. Tommy was united in marriage to Barbara Howard on January 16, 1987 In Miami, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl "Tuff" Lewis, and a daughter, Kiley Jones. Survivors include: wife, Barbara Lewis, Nowata, OK., Mother and Step-father, Beverly and Robert Allen, Bartlesville, OK. 4 Children: Katie Jones, Bartlesville, OK., Jacob Lewis, Delaware, OK. Matthew Lewis and Andrea Lewis both of Nowata, OK. 3 sisters, Jeannie Dorsey and husband George of Bartlesville, OK. , Debbie Bentley, Nowata, OK. , and Helen Hammerli and husband Alan of Ramona, OK. 4 Grandchildren, Brendon Lane, Abigail Krouse, Jazlyn Hadley, and Sophie Lewis, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 22, 2010, at 2:00P.M. at the 1st Baptist Church of Nowata, Oklahoma. Interment will be in Ball Cemetery, Childers, OK. Benjamin Funeral Service has been entrusted to conduct the services.
