Tommy L. Cook, 54, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services for Mr. Cook will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in the Colonial Chapel of the Neekamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Rev. Curt Meade of the Grace Discipleship Church of Bartlesville will officiate. Burial will follow in the Butler Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the Neekamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home.
