Tommy Long

Colcord, OK - Tommy G. Long, 83, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Integris Grove General Hospital. He was born on December 18, 1926 in Jay, OK to William M. and Ella Mae (Trout) Long. Tommy worked at the Gravette Shelling Plant before his retirement. He also lived in Tulsa and worked at nurseries. Tommy loved fishing. Survivors include one step daughter, Betty Mae Greenlee; his sisters, Lydia Golden, Nancy Jane Schoffen, Bessie Grammer, Ada Reynolds and Tessie Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Charles Eugene Long, brothers William Long, Bill Long, Jessie Long. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 6, 2010 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, OK. Burial will follow at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday morning from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time.
