Treva Kennedy

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma 918-786-2261. Treva Lorene Kennedy, 86 year old Grove resident, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. Treva was born the 8th of 12 children in the family home in Neosho, MO on April 6, 1932. She loved cats and dogs, playing cards, watching game shows, and going to Wal-Mart. In her younger years when she had better vision she enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include her children: Eddie Kennedy and wife Cindy of South Dakota, Roger Kennedy of Ohio, Sandra Banks of Fairland, OK, and Margaret Carter and husband Bryan of Grove, former son-in-law Michael Banks, and grandchildren: Tracy Hray, Kris Kennedy, Amanda Whitaker, Justin Banks, Marcus Tholl, and Megan Tholl, great grandchildren: Aiden Whitaker, Haley Hray, Jacob Hray, Alyssa Hray, and Gabby Owen. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Kennedy, and 11 siblings.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel in Grove. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Foundation Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Neosho, MO.
