Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Grove, Ok (918) 786-2261 - Virgil Luther Leach, 88 year old, of Grove, Oklahoma passed away Saturday September 5, 2015 in Miami Oklahoma. Virgil was born in Highfill, Arkansas on October 23, 1926 to Clifford Leach and Ada (Rutherford) Leach-Martino. After high school Virgil proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1945-1946. He married the love of his life, Lillian Linn, on April 27, 1950 in Delaware County, Oklahoma. Virgil worked for over 34 years for Boeing Aircraft. He enjoyed fishing and gardening, but above all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Virgil was preceded in death by his mother, Ada Lee Martino, father, Clifford Leach, stepfather Claude Martino, and two sons, David Leach and Gary Leach. Virgil is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lillian, of the home, a special great granddaughter Missy Leach of the home, son Dan Leach of Commerce, Oklahoma, daughter in law and son in law Connie and Ron Ogletree of Derby, Kansas, daughter in law Judy Leach of Andover. Kansas, seven grandchildren and eleven grandchildren with one on the way. Funeral services for Virgil will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Olympus North Cemetery.
