Virginia Rose "Ginny" Utterback, 81 year old resident on Grand Lake, Oklahoma passed away Monday, August 29, 2011 in Joplin, Missouri. She was born on April 29, 1930 in Washington, Indiana to Charles William and Fannie Eula (Gaskey) White. She and Jack Utterback were married in Kentucky in July of 1949. Ginny loved to read, especially romance novels and cookbooks. Throughout her life she loved and cared for many animal companions of all shapes and sizes. She held most dear her family, especially her grandchildren. Ginny is survived by her husband Jack, daughters and sons-in-law Debra and Doug Ford of Round Rock, Texas and Tana and John Goff of Joplin, Missouri. She also has a sister, Pauline Rider living in Washington, Indiana. Ginny has four grandchildren, Alison Crane of Astoria, New York, Alan Crane of Houston, Texas, Jessica Ramirez of Bixby, Oklahoma, and Christopher Goff of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as well as two great-grandchildren Lilly Ramirez and Daisy Goff. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday September 2, 2011 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
