Wanda Lee Smith, passed away at the Evergreen Care Center in Owasso, OK, on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the age of 80. Wanda was born November 12, 1932 in Eucha, OK, the daughter of the late John Caywood and Cora Lee (Mowery) Caywood-Fields. Wanda attended Jay schools. She married Bob Joe Smith on April 22, 1954 in Missouri. After their marriage, Bob went to work on the pipeline so they traveled the first five years of their marriage. The couple then settled down in the Tulsa area to raise their family. For several years, Wanda worked as a lens inspector in the optometry field. Wanda enjoyed fishing, camping, sewing and garage selling but most of all she loved to be around her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Louise Tillery and brother Kenneth Caywood. She is survived by her husband Bob Smith; three children: Janice Bellmard and her husband Mike of Broken Arrow, OK, Eugene Smith of Tulsa, OK, and David Smith of Tulsa, OK; three sisters: Betty Inlow and her husband Billy of Drumright, OK, Deanie Scott of Broken Arrow, OK, and Mary Drake of Jay, OK; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 10AM with Rev. Gary Butler, presiding. The burial will follow at the Zena Cemetery in Zena, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, OK.
