Wanna Curtis

Wanna A. (Reno) Curtis 83 year-old resident of Mimosa Assisted Living Center in Owasso, died late Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Wanna was born September 7, 1924 to W.L. and Alma (Smith) Reno. She attended Baker School for 8 years, then went to high school and graduated from Cleora. She also attended Business College in Miami. Wanna worked many years for Sinclair Oil Company as a secretary. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Tulsa. Wanna loved to cook and was a very good cook. The family includes; her son Kent Curtis of Tahlequah, a brother Paul Reno of Oakland, California, and a sister Rose Reno of Vinita. Those preceding her in death include, brothers, Ramon Reno, Lewis Reno, Charlie Reno, Dorris Reno, Roy Reno and Wayne Reno and a sister Mae Hover. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007 in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Henry "Skip" McClain officiating. Interment will follow at the Ketchum Cemetery.
