Wayne Mouse

Wayne Mouse, 42, a resident of Jay, OK passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2007 at his home. Mr. Mouse was born on March 13, 1965 to Cherokee Bill Mouse and Rosalee (Downing) Keener. Mr. Mouse was an OU fan and loved his grandchildren. Wayne was a member at White Water Baptist Church, he worked construction, and he drove a truck, was substitute teaching and was also a minister. Wayne could always tell a good joke and knew a lot of his family history. He married his wife Rhonda Mouse on October 2, 2000. Wayne was preceded in death by his father Cherokee Bill Mouse who died October 1, 1983 and a brother Leon Ellie who passed December 24, 1999. Survivors include his wife Rhonda Mouse of the home, his mother Rosie Mouse of Eucha, a son Josh Booth of Mustang, Step-son Aaron Johnson of Jay, Step daughter Erica Scott of Jay, Five grandsons, four granddaughters, a brother Rick Mouse and his wife Lori of Sand Springs, OK two sisters Rita Rhodes and her husband Bill of Salina and Yovone Cruise of Eucha along with many nieces nephews and other relatives. Funeral Services for Mr. Mouse will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Jay with Pastor Jess Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Springs Cemetery in Eucha under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Visitation was Tuesday, September 25, 2007 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Casketbearers will be Willie Cherry, Mike Wolf, Aaron Johnson, Rany Marek, Bill White and Andrew Proctor. Honorary Casketbearers will be Mike Earp, and Josh Booth.
