William Baker

William "Billy" Elder Baker III, 54-year-old Jay, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010. Billy was born on January 25, 1956 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to William Baker and Ola Fern (Wolfe) Broughton. He was a truck driver and a welder most of his life, and enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as country music and welding. Above all Billy was a loving family man. Billy married Eva Renee Foshee in on June 25, 1994 in San Angelo, Texas. Billy was preceded in death by his mother and one sister. Billy is survived by his wife Eve Renee Baker, children, Toby Baker and Shelly Baker of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Billy O'Neill of North Carolina, Patricia Hale of Michigan, Joe and Amanda O'Neill of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Stephanie O"Neill of Michigan, Bret O'Neill of North Carolina, Missy Groover and Megan Yocham both of Muskogee, Oklahoma, two sisters, Phyllis and husband Scott Burch of Dallas, Texas, and Rachael Baker of Gatesville, Texas, one brother, Eddie and wife Tammy Baker of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, mother and father father in law, Ike and Marie Foshee of Amarillo, Texas, sister in law, Janice Geerdes, brother in law, Billy and wife Paultte Foshee of Amarillo, Texas, sister in law, Toni and husband Kenneth "Cajun" Carrier of Eunice, La and Tawyna Foshee of Cosmesmiel, Texas. Billy is also survived by numerous grandkids, uncles aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home of Grove, Oklahoma. Billy's family would like to say a special thank you to all the officers, EMTs, fire rescue volunteers, wrecker, Brian Buchanan, and everyone else who has helped them during this difficult time. The family would also like to say thank you to Griffith family for there showing of love and support.
