William Manning

William Franklin Manning 92 of Grove, Ok. died Tuesday Aug. 7, 2007 in the Integris Grove General Hospital after an illness. Mr. Manning was born June 19, 1915 in Southwest City, Mo. the son of Bert Elmer and Clemmie Hardy Manning, they both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by 1 brother: Willis Manning, 2 sisters: Mary Buzzard and Jane Grass. William married Eula Roberts on April 2, 1943 in Miami, Ok., she survives of the home. Mr. Manning was a farmer/ stockman all of his life. He attended the Cayuga Church and Carr Church near Grove, Ok. Survivors: Wife: Eula Manning of the home. Dau: Charlotte Nichols of Southwest City, Mo. Son: Robert Manning of Quapaw, Ok. Bro: Max Manning 4 Grandchildren: Kenton Nichols, Melanie Nichols, Kylie Manning, and Trenton Manning. 1 Great Grandson: Knox Lee Nichols Casket bearers: Kenton Nichols, Trenton Manning, Jerry Manning, Doug Buzzard, Greg Spicer, Matt Gault, and Sam Roberts Services will be Friday Aug. 10, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Ok. with Ray Clanton officiating. Burial will be in the Olympus Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may leave online condolences at www.honoringmemories.com. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Ok.
