William Mcglothlin

November 8, 1948 — March 23, 2012

William "Billy" Walter McGlothlin, Jay resident, age 63, died Friday evening March 23, 2012. He was born November 8, 1948 in Wichita, Kansas to his parents, Cecil and Jessie Lea (Scott) McGlothlin. Billy attended Wichita schools and served his country in the US Marine Corps. Billy worked for AT&T as a lineman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors, riding motorcycles, and attending church. He also did charity work thru the church and motorcycle runs. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Robert and Donnie; 1 sister, Judy. Billy leaves many loving memories with his family, 6 nephews, 5 nieces, many great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6:00 -8:00 PM Wednesday March 28, 2012 at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday March 29, 2012 at New Hope Baptist Church with Reverend Dan Newton officiating. Casket bearers will be Eddie Smith, Eric Erickson, Marcell Wheeler, Jim Hundley, Juan Araiza, Jerry Kyle, Honorary bearer will be Jerry Kyle. Interment with Military honors will follow the service at Johnson Cemetery in West Siloam Springs, OK. Services are entrusted to Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home of Jay.
